• Students should contact their Mentor if they do not know their Blackboard Username (Bb_ID).
• You may bookmark this welcome page. Do not bookmark the Blackboard Login page.
• If you don't know your password and you have a valid email address associated with your Bb_ID, then you can set a new password with the "Forgot password?" link, located on the Login screen.
• Server Maintenance occurs Wednesday evenings after 8pm. Any MVU/MVS server/website may be unavailable during this time.
• The MVU Help Desk can be contacted for assistance at mivuhelp@mivu.org or toll-free at 888-889-2840 M-F from 7am to Midnight and Sundays from 5pm to 9pm. Please always include your name, email address, phone number, the course title, the name of your school and the reason you need assistance when communicating with the MVU Help Desk.
